Hello, my name is Chef SweetSpice! I started this blog to share my culinary adventures. When I’m not decorating cakes at work, I’m either trying new foods in new places or experimenting with recipes at home. I graduated from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with a degree in baking and pastry arts and am currently working on my degree in food entrepreneurship. I’ve had the privilege of working in various restaurants and creating quality dishes, including delicious plant-based and allergen-friendly dishes that cater to diverse dietary needs. I love sugar, spice, and everything nice!
